Fighting for the Namibian workers rights
The Public Service Union of Namibia (PSUN) is a trade union representing over 23,000 public sector workers in Namibia.
Originally founded as a multiracial association in March 1981 as the Government Service Staff Association (GSSA) due to restrictions on trade unionism during the period of South African control of Namibia.
The union adopted its present name in November 1990.

The Workers union is a union which anyone can join, we aim is to protect our members employment rights in their chosen industry.
PSUN utilises Representatives that are independent from your employer.
The representatives knowledge and experience is does not only represent people in one company, in one trade, and in front of the same Managers.
Our Representatives, apart from the annual training they receive, gain a wide variety of knowledge and experience in employment law from visiting businesses and representing workers in all areas of industry, interacting with different Managers and HR department
